1. Order Processing Time
Since every order is custom-roasted and prepared daily to guarantee ultimate freshness, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. We believe this short wait is worth the exceptional taste experience.
2. Shipping Destinations & Times
We currently ship exclusively within Egypt. Once processed, your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days, depending on your location:

Cairo & Alexandria: Usually 2-3 business days.

Other Governorates: Usually 3-4 business days. (Please note: Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays).
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address within Egypt. We strive to offer competitive rates for reliable service.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your freshly roasted coffee is with our courier, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
